Shipping Policy

Shipping process:

Once the order is received, your item will be carefully packaged and dispatched via Australia Post. Every order has a processing time of  2-7 business days. Upon lodging your parcel, you will be sent a tracking number to keep updated on when your newest addition to your sneaker family arrives.


  • Standard Rate - $10 for orders under $299.99, & $50 for orders over $299.99 (Arrives in 2-8 days!)
  • Express Rate - $15 for orders under $299.99, & $10 for orders over $299.99 (Arrives in 1-4 days!)

New Zealand:

  • Standard rate $25 or $10 on orders over $249.99
  • Arrives within 14 - 21 business days


  • Standard Rate - $25 on orders under $299.99, & $10 for orders over $299.99 (Arrives in 14 - 21 days!)
  • Express rate - $30 on orders under $299.99, & $25 for orders over $299.99 (Arrives in 7 - 14 days!)

Once the parcel has been shipped , it is out of our control. Thus we are not held liable for any shipping delays. However, we will try our best to follow up on your parcel until you receive your new addition to the collection!

     Regarding Lost items & Insurance:

    Once we have safely shipped the parcel and provided a tracking number to the customer, it is then out of our control and in the hands of Australia Post. Thus we are not held accountable for an item getting lost in transit. If this unfortunate and unlikely circumstance occurs, we will try our absolute best to follow the parcel up with Australia post in hopes to find it.

    At checkout, we will provide an option for the customer to add insurance to the parcel. This insurance covers lost parcels which will then result in a refund.
